Sebastian Rossavik is a Junior in the Wharton School, with intended concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, and OPIM. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in Real Estate Investments in Europe. Originally from Stavanger, Norway, Sebastian has wide international experience, and speaks Norwegian, English and German. In addition to his commitment in the Real Estate Club, Sebastian is a Co-Founder and Treasurer of Wharton Europe. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling and playing tennis and golf.

Siteng (Stan) Ma is a sophomore at the Wharton School of Business intending on concentrating in real estate. Hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, but originally from China, Stan is a licensed real estate agent in Arkansas and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Eventually he wants to pursue a career as a residential real estate developer with an emphasis on sustainable housing in developing countries. Outside of WUREC and selling houses, Stan spends his time involved in Model Congress, Penn Speech and Debate, Delta Upsilon Fraternity, Wharton Cohorts, Kite and Key Society, Chinese Music Society, Penn Curling, and Penn Shooting Club on campus. In his spare time, Stan enjoys travelling, meeting new people, biking, and trying new activities and foods.

Christopher Braatz is a Sophomore in the Wharton School, with intended concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in Real Estate Investments in the United States. Outside of school and work, Chris enjoys playing a wide variety of sports, including basketball, football, and golf.

Paul Chung is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Science, with intended double major of Biology (pre-med) and Urban Policy and Development. After graduation he hopes to continue onto graduate school to get a MD/MBA and then pursue a career in commercial real estate development with a focus on hospitals and outpatient centers. Paul currently lives in Barrington, Illinois but is originally from Seoul, South Korea and speaks Korean and English. In addition to his commitment to the Real Estate Club, Paul is on the Research Committee for the Penn Undergraduate Biotech Society, a Co-founder and president of the upcoming Wharton Emerging Business Club, a research assistant at Wistar Cancer Research Center, and a brother at PIKE. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, snowboarding, and cooking.

Serra Kazanc is a junior in the Wharton School, with intended concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in Real Estate Development and Financing. Serra is from Istanbul, Turkey and has experience in different facets of real estate industry. In her free time, Serra enjoys windsurfing, taking professional black & white photographs and travelling.

Eric Wright is a sophomore in the Wharton School, with intended concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. After graduation he hopes to pursue a career in Real Estate Development. Eric is from San Diego, California and has experience in many different areas of the real estate industry, from construction to consulting and market research.  In addition to his commitment to the Real Estate Club, Eric is a member of the Wharton Dean’s Advisory Board and plays for the Penn Club Rugby team. He also enjoys reading, swimming, and running.
